I. Shipping

1.1. M&O Creations S.L. ships to the address provided by the client.

1.2. All shipping charges and tariffs will be calculated and communicated after the order is placed and are to be borne by the client.

1.3. M&O Creations S.L. insures each product during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the client.

1.4. The tracking details and carrier information associated with the order will be provided in the shipment confirmation email.

1.5. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

II. Shipping Rates

2.1. Shipping costs will vary depending on the purchased product, as well as the method and location of delivery. Clients can email us at info@molivings.com for international delivery with the selected product, address, and zip code.

III. Shipping Time

3.1. Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse or made-to-order. The expected shipping date for each product is available on the product page.

3.2. A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to the client when the order ships.

3.3. Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 7–14 days. Items that are made-to-order or customised will be shipped within 10–12 weeks.

IV. General

4.1. M&O Creations S.L. or our logistics partner would not be responsible if the furniture you ordered does not fit into your home.
